Observations: Everyone in summer clothes, in Columbia, SA it is HOT HOT HOT!

It appears to be loaded down with people and medical equipment...maybe over gross!

So, High Density Altitude, over Gross, short dirt runway...

It didn't appear that the plane wanted to climb, but pilot kept a nose high attitude anyway bleeding off valuable airspeed...Stall!

This is a Classic example of Scud Running that led from VMC into IMC, then CFIT Contolled Flight into Terrain...This pilot had a Death Wish, and almost got his wish!
